Tailored Services
Initial Consultation is free with Envisage Weddings. We will discuss your ideas on location, theme or motif, budgets and special requirements for your wedding day and even events leading up to that day.
Hourly Rate Consultation is provided for clients who may not want us to oversee all the details of their wedding planning, rather when they require support or additional resources on an occasional basis.
This service is also offered for those Brides who require our consultants for an extended period of time in order to manage key concerns and liaise with other vendors or service providers before, up to and on the day of the wedding.
Budget Arrangement is a consultation service provided to Brides who propose a set budget for our services and is managed by our consultants on a case by case basis. We find that everything is negotiable and we are very flexible with our packages and services.

Take advantage of the Free initial consultation with various Wedding Planners. Before deciding on the one you want to work with.Be honest about your true budget and negotiate pricing with your plannerVenues require between 6 months to 18 months for bookings so book early!Make sure you take advantage of your planner's resources and connections.Relinquish most of the control to your planner and their team as they will be doing all the trouble shooting on the day to decrease your stress levels.
Envisage Wedding Tips For our Groom
Attend consultations with your planner and be involved!Encourage your Bride to relax by providing support as much as you can.Remain calm and collected for the sake of all involved as you may be required to be mediator between those involved.Eat well and get regular excercise and sleep at least 4 weeks up to the date to ensure you are at your best!Bachelor parties or Stag nights should be at least 1 week (or longer) before the big day and not the night before!

Communicate with each other during the planning of this lifelong commitment.Keep regular contact with your planner to make sure there is no miscommunication!Rememer to have some 'down time' as some Brides may find this time overwhelming. Keep as non-stressed and relaxed as possible to ensure you look happy and poised on the day.Let your planner run the event and trouble-shoot when required.Remember that there is nothing that can't be fixed so don't panic!
